On 19th March, Jaykays Dance Company proudly celebrated an incredible milestone – 20 years of dance, friendship, confidence and community.
Founded by Miss Jay Jeren, Jaykays Dance Company began with a passion for inspiring young dancers. Her vision was to create a supportive environment where children could grow through dance.
Over the past two decades, the school has grown into a thriving dance community in Leamington Spa and Warwickshire. Today, we offer Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Acro, Musical Theatre and Boys Only dance classes for children and young people of all ages.
More Than Just Dance Classes
Jaykays has always been about more than learning dance steps. Throughout the years, the school has helped students build confidence and develop lasting friendships. It has also encouraged creativity and helped create memories that last a lifetime.
Celebrating 20 Years
To mark this special anniversary, students enjoyed a week of celebrations in the studio. Activities included creating fun reels and taking photographs with our special 20th Birthday frame.
The celebrations gave everyone a chance to reflect on how much the Jaykays family has grown over the years. It was a wonderful opportunity to look back on two decades of achievements and unforgettable moments.
Launching Our New Website
As part of the anniversary celebrations, we were delighted to launch our brand-new website. The new site has been designed to better showcase our children’s dance classes in Leamington Spa and the opportunities available to dancers across Warwickshire.
Encore at the Royal Spa Centre
The celebrations continued with our spectacular production, Encore, at the Royal Spa Centre.
The show brought together dancers of all ages and celebrated passion, performance and community spirit. It highlighted everything that has made Jaykays Dance Company special over the last 20 years.
Watching our students perform on stage with such confidence, commitment and joy was the perfect way to celebrate this milestone year.
